Ncuti Gatwa starring as Fourteenth Doctor of Doctor Who

BBC announced Ncuti Gatwa will be taking over the role from Jodie Whittaker as Fourteenth Doctor of the Netflix series, Doctor Who.

Doctor Who is a British Sci-Fi television programme of BBC. The programme shows the adventures of the Doctor, an alien who appears to be human.

Mizero Ncuti Gatwa was born on 15 October 1992. He is a Rwandan-Scottish actor. He was awarded BAFTA Scotland Award for Best Actor in Television.

He will be the first black actor to play the role. Gatwa previously starred in Netflix’s Sex Education.
