Yes, this is not working for many people. Not even me. You can check the offer zone of the quest and you will get one ad per day to watch and will get energy. This is a compensation given from My Cafe, as the TV is not working.

Yeah that is true. The equipments are really very expensive. As per my knowledge, my cafe team sent the full cost of the equipment to the player as reward during last update 2020.8. I don’t know this offer is still available or not. Do Check your offer zone for that reward.
What’s the price of punch fountain?
The price of Punch fountain is 5.1 million, if you want to buy the basic level of the item, it will cost you 1.7 million.
What’s the price of orange display and punch fountain?
The price of Punch fountain is 5.1 million and the basic level case costs 1.7 million. The basic orange display case – 2.2 million and the cost of standard one is 6.6 million.
What’s the price of cherry display case?
The cost is 3.6 million.Basic case cost is 1.2 million.

People who where at those levels when the new equipment were introduced, got offers like these. Though not all of them. I am not sure how Melsoft decides whom to give offer and whom not.
Why are the machines so expensive and the products are sold very cheap,it is so frustrating because all the equipment are costing by the millions and you can’t puchase the basic because it would cost more to upgrade,it’s an awesome game but melsoft are taking advantage..not cool
